RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At VGS Publishers, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products: Products damaged during shipping or with manufacturing defects may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days for a free return and correct product delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Educational books with broken seals or written content
  • Custom printed materials made to your specifications
  • Devotional books that have been used or show signs of use
  • Products purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective)

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Provide photographs of damaged or defective products for verification.

Step 3: Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials.

Step 4: Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

4. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds

Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Partial Refunds: May be issued for products returned after the 7-day window or products not in original condition (at our discretion).

Refund Amount: Full purchase price of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacements

For defective or damaged products, we offer immediate replacement at no additional cost. Replacement items will be shipped once we receive the returned product or upon receipt of photographic evidence of damage.

7. Bulk and Institutional Orders

Special return terms may apply to bulk orders, institutional purchases, and government contracts. These will be specified in the purchase agreement.

8. Custom Printing Orders

Custom printing orders cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part in meeting the agreed specifications.

9. Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.

After Dispatch: Once orders are dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery and follow the return process.

Custom Orders: Custom printing orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. The advance payment is non-refundable in such cases.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Report lost or damaged shipments to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or refund.
